Acquisition Criteria: We are acquiring apartment communities and/or land suitable for 75-300 units. We are fully subscribed on our most recent equity offering. We will be investing $25 million in several Western Markets over the next two years. We have the ability to close all cash, but will generally seek low leverage, GSE Finanacing.

Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington.
